Registration FAQ

This year our district is excited to offer parents an opportunity to register their students and fill out some paperwork online through an online student registration system called InfoSnap.  If you have a student or students returning to Lexington District Two you will receive an email that contains the instructions and secure code that you will need to register your child at his/her school online.  For students who have never attended Lexington District Two, parents need to click on the New Student Registration Form, login, and begin the registration.

What about internet access?
If you do not have access to the Internet at home, local library, or other location but would like to register your child online, contact your child’s school to find out when you could use a school computer to register online.

What’s a snapcode (for returning students)?
A snapcode is like a key to your child’s data for the upcoming school year for students returning to Lexington Two. You will receive a separate and unique snapcode for each one of your children who are returning to Lexington Two each school year. Make sure you enter the snapcode exactly as it appears above, with no spaces or punctuation or click the email in the link.

Should I create an account?
Yes! You will need to create an InfoSnap account. You will then be able to securely save your work and come back at a later time if something happens, you get interrupted, and/or you need to finish later. You can use your email address or cell telephone number to create and log into your account. You will use that same account for all or your children and for each year your children attend Lexington Two. Keep reading for details if you should forget your login information.

What if I created an account but can't remember the email address I used?

What if I do not remember the password I used for my account?
On the Account Sign In page, click “Forgot Password?” to have instructions sent to the email address you used on your account

Do I have to answer all the questions?
You must fill out any question marked with a red asterisk (*).

Do I have to pay my fees online?
No. You can register online and pay your fees at school on Schedule Pick Up day when you pick up your child’s teacher/schedule information.  If you wish to pay online with a credit card, you can access our online payment center through your ParentPortal access.  Note that there is not an additional convenience or transaction fee for payments made online with a credit card.

What if I qualified for free or reduced price meals last year?
If you want to register online and feel that you qualify for free or reduced price meals, be sure to indicate that in the appropriate area during online registration. There is also a link to the convenient online application form that is the official form required by the Federal Government.  Checking that you qualify on the online registration form does not complete the free and reduced form.  You must complete the written or online form that is linked within the registration form.

What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can navigate back to a previous page or move forward to the next page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons.

If you are on the “Review” page, just click on the underlined field to return to that page.

If you already submitted the form with an error or inaccurate information, then you will need to contact your student’s school. They can then make the change for you.

I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you finish entering your information, click "Submit."  This sends all of the information you entered to the school. If you find that you cannot click on this button, you need to make sure that you have answered all REQUIRED questions marked with a red asterisk (*).

What if I have more than one student in the district?
We recommend that you complete and submit one form for one of your children before you start on another form.  Once you do that, then you will be able to "snap" (or share) that family information (such as your contact information) that will be the same for each of your children. You won’t have to enter it again. However, you will need to provide certain information specific to each child.

I’m not sure how to answer a question. I don’t know what the question is asking.
