Lexington Two recognizes multilingual learners for ACCESS achievement

WEST COLUMBIA, SC – Lexington Two celebrated 35 multilingual learners this week who mastered the WIDA ACCESS English proficiency assessment.


The students were recognized at a reception at the Lexington Two Innovation Center earlier this week, attended by families, friends, and Lexington Two teachers and administrators.


ACCESS is an English language proficiency test that measures students' academic English language skills. A child identified as a multilingual learner can have instruction in English, in addition to taking other classes.
