The midyear evaluation, required by board policy, focused on six priority leadership goals for Dr. Hafner:

-
Engaging our communities
-
Sustaining learning environments
“The Board of Trustees is very pleased with the positive direction Lexington Two is heading under Dr. Hafner's leadership,” said Linda Alford-Wooten, the board’s chair.
Dr. Hafner, a lifelong South Carolina educator and administrator, became Lexington Two superintendent in July 2022. During her tenure, Dr. Hafner has created advisory groups for students, employees, parents, and community members; increased student and parent awareness regarding college and career pathways, as well as opportunities through Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment and Early College programs; strengthened community and business connections through communication, involvement, and school activities; and implemented safeguards and trainings toward ensuring a safe learning environment where the focus is on teaching and learning.
“It is truly an honor to serve as superintendent of Lexington Two, and I am grateful to the board for the opportunity to do so, ” Dr. Hafner said. “This is a special community, and I am beyond excited to continue the mission of working together, learning together, and growing together to help all of our students achieve their fullest potential.”
