Lexington Two's Transition FaIr for Special Needs Families is Sept. 15

WEST COLUMBIA, SC – We are excited to announce Lexington Two’s Transition Fair—an evening packed with valuable information, resources, and connections to help students with disabilities prepare for life after high school!

The fair is set for 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday, September 15, at the Performing Arts Center, 3205 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.

This is a can’t-miss opportunity to:
— Meet representatives from 16 confirmed agencies ready to support students and families
— Learn about programs, services, and opportunities available in our community
— Ask questions, gather resources, and start making a plan for the future

Why attend?
The earlier students and families get connected with agencies, the smoother the transition into adult life will be. Sometimes it takes time to get the right supports in place, so don’t wait until graduation is around the corner.

Who should come?
— Students of ALL ages with disabilities
— Parents, guardians, and family members
— Teachers, counselors, and service providers

Whether you’re just starting to think about the future or already making plans, this fair is your chance to explore possibilities, make contacts, and feel empowered for the journey ahead.

Please share this event with your students, families, and networks—because transition success starts with connection.
