District Social Worker & Family Services Coordinator

 

I am very excited to be a part of the Lexington School District Two family and am looking forward to working with students, families, and staff in my role as Family Services Coordinator. I have been a School Social Worker for over 24 years and also have experience as a medical social worker, serving children with chronic illnesses. Additionally, I have provided direct counseling services for children and adults.

 

My greatest joys come from helping and supporting others and seeing their amazing achievements! My passion is serving and advocating for students and families through assisting them in overcoming barriers, connecting with community resources, and achieving academic success.

 

In serving others, my philosophy is simple: YOU MATTER! It is my mission to work hand-in-hand with our team of School Social Workers, school staff, and our community in achieving the mission of our district in being "Champions for Children". Here, our children will always be our first priority.
