Re: Friday, January 21, Now An eLearning Day for Lexington Two Schools

Due to forecasts of inclement weather, Friday, January 21, will now be an eLearning Day for all Lexington Two schools.

All after-school activities, programs and athletic events that were scheduled for Friday are cancelled. Meals will be sent home with students after school on Thursday for Friday’s eLearning Day.

Please look over the information on eLearning from Home here. Students will have assignments posted in Google Classroom, Seesaw, or Class Dojo.

Lexington Two teachers will be working and available for live conferencing via Google Meet during virtual office hours. Direct links to Google Meets or join codes will be posted in Class Dojo or Google Classroom. Friday’s virtual office hours are:
                                                                                               
Elementary: 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. AND 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.

Secondary: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. AND 3 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

                                                                                               
Between those office hours, teachers will be accessible through other lines of communication (e-mail, Class Dojo, etc.).  Should teachers make any adjustments to those hours, they will communicate those changes with their students.

The safety of our students, their families and our employees is a top priority. The district will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates to stakeholders as needed by phone and/or email, district and school websites, and social media.
