Procurement Services Home
The mission of Procurement Services of the Lexington County School District 2 is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the District, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. We will perform our department procedures in accordance with the ethical practices of the procurement profession. Activities and procedures of Procurement Services are regulated by and must comply with the Lexington County School District 2 Procurement Code, policies of the Board of Trustees, and all applicable state and federal laws.
New Lex2 eBid System
In partnership with IONWAVE Technologies, Lexington County School District Two has implemented a new electronic vendor registration and electronic sourcing (e-sourcing) system.
VENDOR REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT! All vendors, even if they are currently registered on the old system, will need to register on the new Lex2 eBid system.
Registration is free and simple. Click Lex2 eBid System to get started & select Supplier Registration.
E-SOURCING
Registered vendors will be able to access current bidding opportunities & awards and to submit solicitation responses for quotations, bids & proposals directly through the Lex2 eBid System.
